Handicrafts from PARAGUAY is a website of TecnoArte.de, with headquarter in Paraguay . The founder and owner, Peter R. Grenner, is a German, living since 1981 in this country. An enthusiast of handicrafts and decorative arts, he got into contact with talented craftsmen and artists . He planned to launch a business activity aiming at promoting Paraguayan arts and crafts on the international market. This is how TecnoArte.de site started on the web in September 2007. TecnoArte.de maintains a fair trade relation with craftsmen and artists, assists them as needed and commits to deliver high quality services to its customers.

On the basis of inquiries of our foreign customers, we have extended our range of products at the beginning of this year around a multiplicity of articles which one cannot arrange in the category 'handicraft arts', however, because of the big demand, this items are from general interest. Also a special attention was given to the category ´petrified wood´(tietea singularis,Araucarioxylon), this very rare and world-wide estimated ' witnesses of the past ', to give the possibility for the acquisition to collectors as well as traders.

At the end of each fiscal year, we will transfer a part of our profit to help improve work conditions or for personal support to those who may face a difficult situation. This may be for children education, medical expenses or any other priority expressed by them.
